Posts: 7 | When "identificazione" is pressed the soft try to ""wakeup" ecu 3 times and then...Errore [ES2] nothing else. The vagcom cable is modified in order to be able to read airbag ecu. Could that be the problem

MTX Electronics Posts: 45 | The ES2 error indicates that either there is no reply or the reply from the ecu is not correct. As for the vagcom cable modification if this airbag modification moved the K-LINE to another pin on the OBD connector this will be a problem. [ Edited Mon Jul 11 2011, 08:19pm ]

Posts: 19 | I suspect that the problem is timing related. What OS are you using?

Posts: 19 | My suspects were correct it is a timing issue. It seems that between different computer the timing routines are not constant. I am working having the software do a timing test to calibrate the timings on fist boot. Test systems: - 1Ghz Pentium 3 with OS WinXP SP2 - 3Ghz Athlon64 with OS WinXP SP3
